In force from August 26, 2026. Version 2026-08-26. This covers https://mortgagedelco.com and the phone line (484) 558-9670, both run by Mortgage Delaware County, PA.
It all goes to one lender
Mortgage Delaware County, PA is a mortgage marketing and lead-generation business. We are not a lender and we are not a broker. Everything collected here has a single destination: one licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender who can contact you about mortgage financing. Would you rather that never happened? Skip the form, skip the call. Every page on this site works without either.
The list of things it gets used for is short and it is the whole list. Working out what kind of loan you are describing. Introducing you to a licensed Pennsylvania lender who handles that kind. Letting that lender contact you. Following up with you on the request. Acting on it the moment you tell us to stop. Holding proof of what you agreed to, when, and on which page. And counting visits and calls in aggregate, so we know which pages are worth writing.
What you hand over
- Whatever you tell us. Name, phone number and email. Buying or refinancing. The town. A price range, your timing, a rough credit range if you offer one, and whatever ends up in the notes line or gets said on the call.
- Proof of consent. Date and time, your IP address, your browser and device string, which page the form sat on, the exact consent sentence you were shown, and the version numbers of that sentence and of this policy.
- The call itself. An automated AI phone assistant answers every call to our number. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. The greeting says so before anything else happens, because Pennsylvania wants everybody on a line to agree first, and hanging up or asking not to be recorded are both fine.
- Server logs. The ordinary things any web host writes down: IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps.
Nobody here asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, account numbers or documents, and nobody here wants them. Offer one on a call and the assistant is built to cut you off. Anything financial goes to the lender, on the lender's own secure channel.
Who sees it
Plainly: a mortgage lender pays for what we do, and your request is what we hand across. Here is everybody who touches it.
- One licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender. That is the introduction. The lender is an independent business with its own privacy policy, its own licences and its own duties, and once your details land there the lender controls them. Where the first lender does not do your kind of loan, a second introduction may follow, and you get told when that happens.
- Companies that work for us. The telephone and AI-assistant platform behind the line, the email service that carries your request, the host that serves these pages. They act on our instructions and for nothing of their own.
- Authorities and advisers. Where a law, a subpoena or a regulator demands it, or where our own lawyers or auditors need it to answer a complaint.
- Whoever buys the business. If it is ever sold or merged, the records travel with it, still under this policy.
Your details never reach a data broker, a list seller, an aggregator, an insurer or anybody running an unrelated campaign, and they get posted nowhere. The lender pays us for marketing and technology services, and that fee holds steady whatever your loan amount, your rate, your fees, or whether you close.
Yes, the law calls that a sale
Several state privacy statutes define "sale" and "share" widely enough that handing your request to a lender who pays us lands inside the definition, whatever anyone would call it over coffee. We treat it as one and argue about none of it. That is why the privacy options page exists, and why the opt-out is open to everybody, in every state, with no zip code checked first.
Switch it off, whatever state you live in
Ask what we hold about you. Ask for a copy. Ask us to correct it, to delete it, to keep it away from any lender, or to stop contacting you. People in states with their own privacy statutes, New Jersey among them, hold these rights by law; people in California and states like it can also opt out of the sale-or-sharing described above. All of them get honored for anybody, from any state.
To ask: the privacy options page, or ring (484) 558-9670 and say what you want. You get an answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm you are the person on the record, usually by matching the phone number or email you gave us. Somebody you authorize in writing can act for you. There is no charge, and asking never changes how you get treated. Where a request has to be refused, we say which part and why and how to appeal; where the appeal fails, your state attorney general takes complaints.
Take the consent back
The checkbox on the form and the recorded notice on the phone are your consent to be contacted by Mortgage Delaware County, PA and by the licensed Pennsylvania lender we introduce you to: by call, by text and by email, including through an automatic telephone dialing system and artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages, even where your number sits on a Do Not Call list. The full sentence, and what each piece of it does, is on the communications consent page.
Pull it back whenever you like, by any reasonable means, no reason required. Reply STOP to a text. Say so on a call. Use the contact page, or write to us. In practice we act the minute we see it, and inside ten business days at the outside, and we tell the lender. Withdrawing with us leaves a lender you have already started working with untouched, so tell that lender as well, and ask us if you want a hand doing it.
Nothing follows you around
No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels, no social buttons. Nothing on this site builds a profile of you or trails you anywhere else. The calculators run inside your browser and send us nothing at all; change every number on them and we will never know you were here. The only storage this site touches is whatever your browser does on its own.
How long it stays
Requests, consent proof, call recordings and transcripts: up to five years, because federal telemarketing rules expect us to prove consent for that long. Page versions and their sources: twenty-four months, because mortgage advertising rules expect us to show what a page said. Server logs: a few months, then gone. After that, records get deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes, unless a legal duty or a live dispute forces us to keep one specific record, and then we tell you which one.
How it is kept
The site runs over HTTPS. The form travels encrypted to our own domain and nowhere else. Only the people who need to see a request can, on accounts behind two-factor authentication. Recordings and transcripts sit with our phone provider under contract. No system is perfect and we will not claim ours is; if a breach ever reaches your information, you hear from us, and so do the regulators the law names, inside the time the law allows.
Financial privacy law sits on top
Because this service sits next door to mortgage lending, the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its privacy rule may reach some of what we handle. Where they do, we follow them, including the limits on reusing information that came from a financial institution. The lender you get introduced to hands you its own privacy notice, and that notice governs from the moment your request lands there.
Nobody under 18, and this page changes
This site is written for grown-ups. Nothing gets knowingly collected from anybody under 18, and anything that turns up gets deleted.
When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a fresh date and version number, and the version in force the minute you sent your request is stored with it. Questions, requests, complaints: (484) 558-9670, the contact page.
