In force from August 25, 2026. Run by Mortgage Delaware County, PA.
Why the page exists
Mortgage Delaware County, PA runs a mortgage marketing and lead-generation service. Fill out the form or ring the number and your request goes to a licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender, who pays us for marketing and technology services. Several state privacy statutes are drawn widely enough that this counts as selling or sharing personal information, whatever anybody calls it in conversation. We do not argue the point. Everybody gets the opt-out.
Keep it away from every lender
Ask for this one and your request reaches no lender at all. Nobody gets introduced to you, which also means nobody rings you about a loan. Where what you actually want is the callback without the marketing, say that instead and that is what you get.
Stop contacting me
This one pulls back the permission you gave on the form or on the phone. It covers calls, texts and email, from us and from whichever lender we already introduced you to. Replying STOP to any text is the quickest route there is. Every other detail sits on the communications consent page.
Show me the file
Ask what we hold about you and you get a copy of it, in a portable format if you want one. There is no account to open and no form to fill in first.
Fix what is wrong in it
Tell us something in the record is wrong and we correct it. A wrong phone number, a misspelled street, a town you were never looking in.
Delete it
Ask us to delete it and we do. The one exception is a record a legal duty or a live dispute forces us to keep, and in that case we tell you which record it is and why it stayed.
Four ways to ask
- Phone. (484) 558-9670, any hour. Say what you want in the first sentence. Every call is written up, and a request like this goes to the person here who handles them.
- Web. The contact page, with the ask in the notes line.
- Post. Ask on a call for the mailing address and you get it.
What happens when it lands
You get a confirmation, usually the same business day. Finding your record means matching the phone number or email you originally gave us, so mention that number or write from that address. Nothing more than that gets asked of you, and no account is ever required. Somebody you authorize in writing can act on your behalf.
How long it takes
Opt-out and stop-contact requests get carried out the minute we see them, and inside ten business days at the outside. Access, correction and deletion requests get an answer within 45 days, and you hear from us if the extra extension the law allows turns out to be needed. No charge. Asking never changes how you get treated.
If part of it gets refused
We say which part and why, and you can reply to appeal. A person reads the appeal. Where that fails, your state attorney general takes complaints, and Pennsylvania residents can also go to the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
Browser signals, and the rest of the paperwork
There are no advertising cookies here and no third-party trackers, so a browser opt-out signal arrives and finds nothing to switch off. The sharing that matters happens only after you send the form or ring the number, and only under the consent described above. Pull the consent and the sharing stops.
What we collect, who receives it, how long it stays and how it is kept: the privacy policy. The exact consent sentence and every way to withdraw it: the communications consent page. What the service is and how the money moves: the terms of use and how this works.
